Flow Cytometry & Cell Sorting

The Flow Cytometry & Cell Sorting facility offers advanced support for high-dimensional single-cell analysis and precision cell separation. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the platform enables multiparametric investigations in fields such as immunology, oncology, cell biology, and translational medicine.

The laboratory integrates state-of-the-art instruments capable of analyzing a large number of parameters simultaneously, combining high sensitivity with exceptional resolution. This allows for deep phenotypic profiling, functional studies, and the identification of rare cell populations. Mass cytometry, available within the facility, enables the simultaneous detection of dozens of markers at the single-cell level, overcoming the spectral limitations of traditional fluorophore-based systems.

Users have access to flow cytometers suited for both routine and advanced applications, with configurations optimized for multi-laser, multicolor analysis. The facility also provides sorting capabilities for isolating defined cell populations for downstream applications such as culture, molecular profiling, or omics approaches.

In addition to technical support, the facility offers consultation on experimental design and data interpretation, as well as training programs for both internal and external researchers. All activities are carried out under rigorous quality standards, ensuring data reliability and reproducibility.
