CytoFLEX S (Beckman-Coulter)
Instrument description
Benchtop flow cytometer equipped with 4 lasers (1 violet for nanomaterial acquisition) for the simultaneous acquisition of 9 fluorescence parameters, as well as 2 physical parameters (polychromatic analysis). Equipped with an automatic acquisition system for reading 96-well plates for high-throughput analysis. The instrument is available for research activities, training sessions, and service-based analyses within scientific collaborations and supported projects.

CytoFLEX SRT (Beckman-Coulter)
Instrument description
High-performance cell separator, equipped with 4 lasers (1 violet for nanomaterial acquisition), allows the simultaneous analysis of 15 fluorescence parameters and 2 physical parameters. It is used to physically separate up to 4 different cell populations simultaneously, based on multidimensional phenotypic and/or functional analyses. The separated cell populations (up to 100% pure) are viable and can be cultured and/or used for subsequent genomic-functional analyses.
